Quick Plein Aire

I've been pretty productive, I just don't have too much to show for it right now. Here's a quick 5'' x 7'' plein aire that I did. It's a little blurry and shiny in the photo.


Oh, and of my 5'' x 5'' series, I got my broken cookie piece into the Anderson Gallery, and my broken herb and broken sewing supplies in the online exhibition on the CA website. :)

Clay Success...?

I swear if I had a better camera this would look a lot better. This project definitely took the wind out of my sails though, I spent forever on it and all I want to do is slack off now...

I used polymer clay, modeling clay, yarn, felt, buttons, gouache, acrylic, bristol, cardboard, wire, and GLITTER!!

BROKEN: Part 1

So in my drawing class we're all doing this awesome and really cute assignment of 30 images done by the end of October that are 5x5 inches. I'm putting mine to a theme of broken things.

Did this one for my summer class.

Did this self portrait for my figure drawing class I took during the summer. The picture is really blurry because of my camera, I should really invest in a new one.
